AutoCAD Drafter (Entry Level)

Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for a junior AutoCAD Drafter looking to grow into an AV Design career. You’ll be joining a dynamic workspace solutions company that specializes in cutting-edge AV integration projects for modern office environments. The role starts on-site in Wilmington, MA, with a path toward hybrid flexibility once you're up to speed. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and revise technical drawings using AutoCAD based on AV project requirements
• Collaborate with AV designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans to support AV system layouts
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of professional drafting experience using AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Associate’s degree or technical certification in drafting or a related field preferred

• Experience with Revit, Bluebeam, or other CAD-related tools

• Good customer service skills — a huge plus as you’ll eventually interact directly with clients

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
