Achieve offers live, online instruction, 1-on-1 tutoring and mentoring, and flexible course schedules that empower non-traditional college students to test out of college credits and earn higher level professional licenses. 

Role Overview:

Achieve is seeking a proactive Online Reputation & PR Lead to monitor and manage our brand reputation across digital platforms while building trust and credibility through earned media. This role blends online review oversight, social listening, and public relations outreach to support our brand’s integrity and visibility in the market.

If you’re someone who thrives on managing public sentiment, spotting issues before they escalate, and securing positive press, this role offers the chance to directly shape Achieve’s external reputation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

●     Monitor and respond to feedback on platforms such as Reddit, BBB, Trustpilot, YouTube, and forums.

●     Run regular sentiment analysis reports and recommend actions across teams.

●     Collaborate with Customer Support to close the loop on feedback and complaints.

●     Own crisis communication plans and support executive messaging when needed.

●     Develop lightweight PR strategy and secure speaker/podcast placements for Achieve leaders.

●     Write and pitch press releases, blog content, and earned media opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

●     4+ years of experience in PR, brand communications, or online reputation management

●     Strong writing and communication skills across reactive and proactive messaging

●     Familiarity with tools like Google Alerts, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or Mention

●     Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams

●     Understanding of regulatory, privacy, and brand risk factors in education

●     Bonus: Track record of securing earned media in the education or workforce space
