About the Role

We're currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Recruiter at Starbucks, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting top talent to join our team. You will work closely with our business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop creative recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best candidates. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process as a talent advisor, ensuring that all candidates have a positive and brand-commendable experience
  • Source passive talent and build talent pipelines for key roles across the business, using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies, using data and insights to inform decision-making and drive results
  • Build, develop, and leverage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, hiring managers, and other recruitment professionals
  • Utilize your expertise and knowledge to influence and inform recruitment-related projects and initiatives, and to drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least three years of recruitment experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, preferably in a retail or hospitality industry
  • At least three years of HR, staffing, and recruitment or related experience, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices
  • A results-oriented, "what's possible" mindset and approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and driving continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A strong understanding of recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems, social media, and other digital recruitment platforms

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be highly desirable:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with a strong academic record and a passion for learning and development
  • Professional certification in recruitment or a related field, such as a Certified Recruiter (CR) or a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics, with the ability to use data and insights to inform recruitment strategies and drive results
