Job Description
Fusion Growth Partners is a business development firm, that provides investment and business services to Real Estate Agents. We are looking for a highly capable, highly articulate, and persistent individual with excellent written and direct verbal communicate skills to deal with past clients that have not honored their contractual obligation and to settle outstanding debt. In addition, the desired candidate must be able to maintain a high degree of professionalism and kindness, while also being effective in a collections role. Our services' effectiveness is based to a significant degree on diligent participation in our program – much like that of a personal trainer. The challenge is that in these types of scenarios, a client's results are strongly tied to adherence to a program and less than optimal results is in many cases are not due to a faulty plan. A client must compensate the plan administrator even if they failed to meet the expectations of their commitment to the program. We have developed several tools to combat this issue, one of which establishes clear agreement of understanding of the expectations of the program. The ideal candidate will have the ability to leverage the signed Agreement and effectively garner payment due. Our Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate is a highly detailed and driven individual who seeks to grow with a company and is dedicated to Fusion's mission. We desire someone who welcomes and embraces the opportunity to grow and take on additional responsibilities as the company grows. We are seeking an individual who has the following characteristics · Persistent · Thick Skinned · Articulate and can present different perspectives and points of views · Someone who can set and hold boundaries · Someone who understands collection Law (Fusion will provide the information) · Someone who will represent Fusion Growth Partners well in all regards. · Someone who is effective in follow up and follow through
Compensation
For the right individual this can be a very lucrative position. We will provide a salary and significant bonus for successful collections. We anticipate the income to be between $60,000 and $80,000 based upon results. Company Detail Fusion Growth Partners is a small business incubator and accelerator for top-producing residential real estate agents and service-based businesses with under 10 employees. We are growing rapidly, and we are on a mission to 10X the business in the next 3 to 4 years. When we partner with business owners, we invest into their business to help them grow their clientele and revenue while creating a scalable business model. We help provide all the systems and processes in a routine fashion to help these small service-based businesses grow with stability and sustainability. We accomplish this by providing sophisticated business planning, complete systems and processes, the use of our trained staff to run those systems, and thousands of dollars in marketing capital. We earn our compensation from licensing fees or revenue share. We love our clients and their passion to do great work for their clients, but many of them struggle to manage their books. It is an area of great stress and strain and as an organization, we take great pride in helping them remove some of these stressors and help them focus on the "front" of the business so they can grow as we manage the "back" of the business.
