Benefits:

- Long Haul (OTR) Pay: $1.22 base + $0.015 premium + $0.71 FSC (subject to change weekly) for a total of $2.08 CPM
- In-State (Texas) Pay: $1.22 base + $0.55 FSC (subject to change weekly) = $1.77 per mile
- Consistent Miles: Drive 2,800-3,200 miles per week, paid for both loaded and empty trips

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year OTR driving experience
- Class A CDL required
- Reefer experience is a must
- Proficient English skills as per FMCSA regulations
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Current Texas residency required
