Key Reponsibilities

 Budget Management: Develop and oversee project budgets, making necessary adjustments as needed to ensure financial goals are met.

 Timeline Management: Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and addressing any delays or issues promptly.

 Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.

 Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

 Quality Control: Ensure all work adheres to high-quality standards and industry regulations.

 Reporting: Generate project status reports and communicate progress to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

 To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master degree is a plus.

 Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.

 PMP Certification: Preferred, but not mandatory.

 Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in construction project management software, budgeting tools, and scheduling software.

 Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
