Technical Specialist / Virtual Assistant (Hired with our Clients) – Remote We’re looking for a high-performance Tech VAs to represent AI Acquisition’s portfolio of fast-growing AI-driven businesses. In this client-facing role, you'll work directly with our partners—founders, entrepreneurs, and scaling startups—to assist with the implementation and management of their technical and administrative workflows. You won't be closing sales directly; instead, you’ll be an embedded technical partner, helping our clients streamline their operations, manage their systems, and execute day-to-day tasks to help their businesses run more efficiently. The Role We’re seeking a skilled Technical Specialist / Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our members in navigating the technical aspects of their AI arbitrage journey. In this role, you’ll handle technical inquiries, manage member accounts, create automations, and design landing pages, with a primary focus on Go High Level. You’ll play a key role in delivering the seamless experience that helps our members thrive in the AI revolution. What You’ll Do

• Set up, launch, and monitor cold email campaigns in Instantly.ai.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n.io and other tools.
• Generate targeted lead lists using Apollo.io based on the client’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Troubleshoot deliverability issues, API errors, and automation bugs.
• Sync leads and actions across platforms like Instantly, Apollo, n8n, and the client’s CRM (e.g., HubSpot or HighLevel).
• Keep systems organized and documented in Notion or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure campaigns and workflows are launched on time and run smoothly.

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a technical VA or marketing automation role.
• Proficiency in tools like Go High Level, n8n, Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Zapier, and Make.com.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or HighLevel.
• Background in outbound sales, B2B environments, and managing cold email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing automations and workflow optimization.
• Problem-solving mindset with a knack for debugging tools and streamlining processes.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to take initiative without constant oversight.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain tech setups and maintain process documentation.

• You’ll collaborate with our Customer Success Managers and Consultants, who will provide strategic direction and guidance.
• Your role will be to execute and maintain the technical systems that support our clients’ growth strategies.
