Key Responsibilities

 Develop and execute HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.

Required Skills

 Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

 In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

 Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

 Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

 Tech-savvy with proficiency in HRIS and other relevant tools.

 Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
