Key Responsibilities

 Monitor live streams and data feeds during the night shift.

 Detect and report any irregularities or issues promptly.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve incidents.

 Maintain accurate records of monitoring activities.

 Provide timely and clear communication regarding incidents to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills

 Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

 Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.

 Previous experience in live monitoring or a related field is a plus.
