Production Operative Night Shift

The Production Operative will be required to multi-skill across process areas as required to support production output.

The responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to)

• Follow process instructions to assist in achieving daily output
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Wearing full PPE Lead
• Weigh fill and press Squib Cartridges
• Manufacture and preparation for Chaff productions
• Assembly of Flares
• Ensure compliance with the Core Health & Safety Cire Training
• Quality control of all products
• Handling of pyrotechnic products

Production Operative Specification

• Right to live and work in the UK, with ability to obtain a BPSS
• Ability to wear full PPE
• Previously worked in a similar environment
• Safety knowledge

This role will be worked over 4 days, working 40 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday 23:00 07:15am. Flexibility in this role is critical to the success of supporting the team.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £23196.16- £26,360.88. You will also receive a shift premium at 33%.
