Job Summary

This position is responsible for: delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional skill and confidence, including facial aesthetic treatments, laser hair removal, and lab draws; delighting patients with exceptional customer service; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Chapter products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of Chapter products and services. This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Chapter Medical Aesthetic Clinic.

Essential Responsibilities

As an experienced aesthetic injector at Chapter, you will assess guests skin concerns, needs and goals to develop a personalized comprehensive treatment plan. You'll perform a variety of aesthetic treatments and services.Requirements/Qualifications

• Education Level: Registered Nurse credential
• 1+ years of aesthetic injector experience or aesthetic training preferred
• Job Related/Industry Experience: Licensed to practice in state of designated clinic
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections
• Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems

Hourly rate starting at $32+ depending on level of aesthetic experience, plus eligibility for monthly incentives
