United States, Georgia, Atlanta TechOps 16-May-2025 Ref #: 28553 LinkedIn Tag: LI-TB1 How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Specialist will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of Aircraft Maintenance and Airport Technical Operations reporting, analytics, and project management. The Specialist will develop actionable insights for strategic Aircraft Maintenance and Airport Technical Operations initiatives focused on safety and operational key performance indicators used to drive world class maintenance operations and profitability by conducting analysis, recommendations, and presentations to support leadership decision making. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL and data visualization expertise, quickly grasp unfamiliar concepts, and work independently within six months. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively across TechOps teams, and build lasting relationships with stakeholders. Key Job Functions

• Extract and analyze data from various sources to support advanced modeling and decision-making.
• Lead high-impact projects that enhance organizational performance and efficiency.
• Act as a key liaison, presenting insights to senior leaders and representing the team in interactions with cross-divisional business partners
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance and findings effectively
• Leverage emerging technologies and identify meaningful ways to communicate data and analysis to meet evolving business needs

• 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, with proven ability in quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking
• Strong expertise in relational databases (SQL Server, SAS, Alteryx, or similar)
• Proficiency in designing and building BI visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) for impactful reporting
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver presentations tailored to diverse audiences
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

• BA/BS Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related field, MS or MBA is a plus
• Demonstrated problem analysis and problem solving, including experience in data analysis, modeling, statistical research, forecasting, data mining, database analysis, or strategic planning
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, think strategically, and lead projects, including strong communication and consensus-building skills.
