Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all vehicles in our system. Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Assist with the transfer of vehicles between locations, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping. Organize and maintain the physical inventory, including checking in new vehicles and preparing them for sale. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory levels and any issues that arise. Follow all company policies and procedures related to inventory management. Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines. Use attention to detail to identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues. Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and productive environment. Take ownership of the inventory process and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure the accuracy of inventory and address any issues. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Continuously learn and stay updated on company inventory procedures and policies. Complete all tasks and assigned duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
