In this essential role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that products are accurately picked, meticulously packed, and efficiently shipped to our customers.salary: $18 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 3:30 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Order Picking: Accurately select items from warehouse inventory based on pick lists, ensuring the correct quantity and product. Packing & Kitting: Carefully package products to prevent damage during transit, including kitting multiple items together when required. Quality Control: Perform visual inspections of products for damage or discrepancies before packing and shipping. Shipping Preparation: Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and staging for carrier pickup. Inventory Management: Assist with organizing and maintaining accurate inventory counts, and participate in cycle counting as needed. Receiving & Stocking: Help unload incoming shipments and properly stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Maintain a Safe & Tidy Workspace: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
