Registration Manager - Non-Profit
We are seeking a Registration Manager (Non-Profit) to join our Event Management team. As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for executing tasks related to registration for global stakeholders and onsite registration at a large event. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams and work directly with clients and vendors to ensure excellent service and execution throughout the planning process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Experience in high-level event registration, non-profit experience is highly preferred
- Proven experience in supporting high-touch individuals, projects, or events successfully
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year institution is preferred
- Microsoft Office suite program experience, especially Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills and quantitative abilities
- Display strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical capabilities
- Ability to read, edit, customize, and manipulate data and reports
- Portray professional presence through superior communication, presentation, promptness, and appearance
