eCommerce Business Analyst
As an eCommerce Business Analyst, you will create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and promotional models to inform business decisions. You will innovate current planning and forecasting processes, assist eCommerce leadership in developing realistic and challenging business goals, and partner with teams across the organization to socialize targets with an emphasis on transparency and alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of demonstrated success as a business analyst, demand planner or similar role
- 1+ years of proven success owning and managing total-business sales forecasts
- Understanding of the omni-channel retail industry with emphasis on eCommerce or other DTC channels through work experience in similar settings
- Experience forecasting or planning at the product category level across multiple channels using historical data, current trends, and other assumptions
- Experience querying, cleaning, and analyzing large and often complex datasets
- Understanding of data visualization best practices through experience creating dashboards or other high-level business reports
